About your AI conversation

The chat helps you describe a home project and compare it with published local pricing. It may make mistakes and does not provide a binding quote or book a service.

What is sent

When you agree and send a message, its text and any selected photos are sent through this website’s server to OpenAI for AI processing. Photos are resized in your browser before sending. Previous messages and photos in this conversation may be sent again to preserve context. Please avoid including passwords, payment details or unrelated private information.

Conversation storage

The server temporarily keeps conversation history and photos in a private session. Conversations expire after an hour of inactivity; expired session files are removed by the hosting server’s session cleanup. “Start over” removes the current conversation from the session. Opening a new page starts a new conversation. A necessary session cookie identifies your browser. There are no advertising cookies added by this package.

API requests use the store:false setting. This is not a promise of zero retention by OpenAI; its applicable processing and retention policies still apply. OpenAI API data controls.

Requesting a quote

Chat messages are not automatically emailed to our team. “Request a quote” prepares a draft in your email app. You choose whether to send it and must attach photos manually. Final prices and appointments require confirmation from Palm Coast Pro Service.

Abuse prevention

The server maintains request counts, including a hashed network-address identifier, to limit automated use. It does not add message text or images to these counters. Hosting and OpenAI may maintain their own operational logs.
